Information used by the course

When you create an account, G-lab uses your email address and account identifier to provide sign-in, email confirmation, password recovery and course access. Passwords are sent to Supabase Auth for verification and are not saved in G-lab course records. Sign-in uses session cookies. The account also records the version and time of the course terms accepted at registration.

The course saves lesson completion and, when you use the signed-in learning workspace, your lesson notes and answers. Some practice answers, checklist states and progress are also stored in this browser. Do not put passwords, secret keys or confidential customer information in course notes.

Messages and purchases

If you send lesson feedback, the lesson, step and message are saved with your account so the course author can review them in the private course dashboard. The form explains this before you send it.

If you submit a website project request, G-lab stores your name and email, project type and goal, audience description, chosen pages and features, visual preferences, reference links, available materials, domain or hosting status, integration notes, timeline and budget range in the private project inbox so the site owner can scope the work and reply. A keyed request identifier is kept to rate-limit spam submissions. You may write to the contact address below to ask for correction or deletion.

Gumroad processes course payments on its own checkout page. G-lab receives the buyer email and sale details needed to confirm, support or revoke course access, such as the product, amount, currency, sale identifier and payment status. Card numbers and card security codes are entered with Gumroad; they are not stored by G-lab.

Why and where information is used

G-lab uses this information to run the account, show the course, keep learning work available, answer support requests, connect a verified course purchase to the correct account, protect the service and reconcile payment changes.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Supabase provides authentication and the course database. Gumroad currently processes course checkout and purchase records. These providers process information through their own services and terms. Their systems may also process technical request and security information needed to operate the service.

Anonymous website analytics

When Vercel Web Analytics is enabled for this site, it records page views, referral sources and general device, browser and location information for the public home and course sales pages so G-lab can understand how people find and use them. On those pages, only traffic-source labels (UTM tags) from links are retained; other query values and page fragments are removed, and account, private lesson and checkout pages are not sent to analytics. Vercel says Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies; its anonymous visitor identifier resets after 24 hours. Do not put personal information in links.

Browser storage

The site uses browser storage for course answers, checklist state and locally saved progress, plus a cookie for the language preference. Authentication uses session cookies. Clearing G-lab site data in your browser removes the local copies; it does not itself delete an account or information already synced to Supabase.

Access, correction and deletion requests

There is currently no self-service account deletion control or automatic deletion schedule shown in the product. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your account information, email glab.tech.support@gmail.com from the address on your account. G-lab will review the request and explain what can be removed. Some purchase records may need to remain available for payment reconciliation or provider requirements.
